Hello everyone,
Today, I present to you a building solidity certificate in Tarifa (Cádiz).
In this situation, the certificate is requested in order to verify the strength of the building's structure, which will be subjected to additional load due to the installation of photovoltaic panels.
This project has been carried out at RBM Architecture Studio by architect Raúl Benítez Molina.
The estimated calculation for the photovoltaic installation's extra load is 10.78 kg/m², distributed across 30 panels. The report provides details of the metal profiles that make up the building's structure. After analyzing the building and the proposed roof installation according to the developer, the solidity of the building for the photovoltaic installation's extra load is certified.
