The property is located in Common Rustic Land according to the current PGOU of Cuevas de San Marcos.

The building complex consists of three structures: Building One, Building Two, and a sports area.

• Building One has one above-ground floor, consisting of a garage and a stable for animals.
• Building Two has one above-ground floor, primarily used for residential purposes, comprising a porch, a living-dining room, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom.
• Finally, the sports area includes a swimming pool.

This project was carried out at RBM Architecture Studio by the architect Raúl Benítez Molina.

The plot lacks water supply, sanitation, and electricity connections, although it does have a wastewater treatment system.

The report describes the floor heights, finishes, construction times, and justifies that it is suitable for residential use, as it complies with the minimum safety, habitability, and health standards required.

In addition, the certificate includes a record of the legalization of the existing cistern. It describes the main metric and usage characteristics of the cistern and the necessary improvements.

Furthermore, approval was sought from the Guadalquivir Hydrographic Confederation as the constructions are near the road owned by GHC.

Finally, the requests for the construction of housing and sports facilities in the vicinity of the service road to the Iznájar dam are favorably assessed.
