Hello everyone.
Today I present you a graphic and descriptive certificate of an existing dwelling in Loja (Granada).
The dwelling is located in Urban Land according to the General Urban Planning (PGOU) of que city, Loja.
The building consist of four floors above ground level and is composed of:
- Ground floor: Garage, entrance and staircase
- First floor: living room, dining room, kitchen and staircase.
- Second floor: bathroom, bedroom and staircase.
- Third floor: Bedroom and porch with laundry area.
This project has been carried out at RBM Architecture Studio by the architect Raúl Benítez Molina.
The purpose of the certificate is to verify the habitability of the mentioned dwelling for a foreign family that wishes to reunify in Spain. The report details the compliance with the various conditions established in Loja's General Urban Planning Ordinance regarding rules for consolidated urban land with Intensive Residential regulations.
The objective is to enable the habitation of this family in the dwelling. Finally, successful regularization is achieved.
