Today I am presenting a descriptive and graphic certificate with a cadastral report on the location of buildings for this existing single-family home in Loja (Granada).
The house is located at Calle Lirios No. 6 and is located on Urban Land according to the Subsidiary Regulations of the municipality.
The plot consists of a single-story house above ground level and a corral or warehouse, with the following characteristics:
This project, carried out by RBM Estudio de Arquitectura through architect Raúl Benítez Molina, includes a report providing detailed information about the home and its features. It details the installations and finishes, as well as an extensive photographic report and floor plan that includes additional information about the building
Building 1 – residential area (64.85 m2): front patio, living room, kitchen-dining room, bathroom, backyard.
Building 2 – courtyard or dining room (16.25 m2).
The total built-up area is 81.30 m2.
The purpose of the certificate is to graphically describe and validate the plot against the cadastral land registry, reflecting that the plot respects the boundaries with the other adjacent properties. Furthermore, throughout the report, it is detailed that the coordinates referenced for this project were not actually located entirely within the registered cadastral plot.
Ultimately, the report was successfully completed, reflecting the needs and demands of the existing building.
