Today I am presenting a descriptive and graphic certificate, including a graphic validation report against the cadastral parcel register, for this single-family home located in Villanueva de Algaidas (Málaga).
The residence located at 92 Granada Street is located on Urban Land according to the Subsidiary Regulations of the municipality.
The area has a total constructed area of 371.94 m2 consisting of a house with two floors above ground level, comprising:
Ground floor (225.10 m2): hall, living-dining room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, garage, storage room, patio and staircase with connection to the second area of the house.
First floor (146.84 m2): connecting staircase with ground floor, main hall, secondary hall, 4 bedrooms, storage room and bathroom.
This project was carried out at RBM Estudio de Arquitectura by architect Raúl Benítez Molina.
The report provides a detailed description of how the home complies with current regulations and its habitability. It also details the home's installations and finishes, along with an extensive photographic report and floor plans that explain the different rooms of the home.
The purpose of this project is to graphically validate the cadastral parcel of this existing single-family home on urban land. This includes a new subdivision, as well as information on the affected areas for possible future expansion of existing new construction.
The report is carried out successfully, and the proposed changes are reflected.
