The report provides a detailed description of how the home complies with current regulations and its habitability. It also details the home's installations and finishes, along with an extensive photographic report and floor plans detailing the home's various rooms.
The purpose of the certificate is to describe and draw up the planimetry of an existing multi-family dwelling on urban land for the location of the buildings in preparation for a possible new expansion of the residence.
The report was successfully completed, and the proposed objectives were achieved.
