Today I'm presenting an appraisal of an existing home in Cuevas de San Marcos (Málaga).
This project was carried out at RBM Estudio de Arquitectura by architect Raúl Benítez Molina.
The report aims to provide an economic appraisal of the property and obtain a valuation based on its poor condition due to a damaged roof and dampness at the base of the ground-floor walls. The home has a constructed area of 351 m².
The appraisal sets out various conditions, such as the location of the land within the municipal planning, the surface area of the plot, its use, and an estimate of the average value of homes with similar characteristics in surrounding towns.
The average market appraisal for the property is €114,463.27.
The report was successfully completed and reflects the home's economic value.
