The plot is located on the outskirts of the core of Villanueva del Trabuco and is situated on non-urbanizable land according to the subsidiary regulations of the municipality. Under the current regulations governing land use in Andalucía (LISTA), it allows for the construction of an agricultural equipment shed, understood as a support space for storing tools for those who work in the fields.

This project has been designed by RBM Architecture Studio, under the direction of architect Raúl Benítez Molina.

The construction is located on a trapezoidal-shaped plot with an area of 5,728.18m². According to Article 315.4 of the PGOU (General Urban Planning Regulations), the minimum plot size for construction is 5,000.00m², and the maximum built-up area is 20m². There is a dilapidated building adjacent to the plot, but it is not part of this project, although the agricultural equipment shed is in close proximity.

Therefore, the project involves the construction of a 20m² shed on a single ground floor with a height of +3.50m. This results in a total usable area of 16.74m².
