Hello everyone,
Today, I present to you a building solidity certificate in Loja (Granada).
In this case, the certificate is being requested to verify the structural integrity of the building, as a photovoltaic installation will be added, creating an additional load.
This project has been carried out by RBM Architecture Studio under the supervision of architect Raúl Benítez Molina.
The report provides details regarding the weight of each of the panels (provided by the manufacturer). In this case, thirty photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof of the building, resulting in a total additional load of 5.9 kg/m². In conclusion, the building is certified to withstand the added load from the photovoltaic installation.
