Today, I present to you a Catastral Correction Report in Villanueva de Algaidas (Málaga).
This project has been carried out at RBM Architecture Studio by architect Raúl Benítez Molina.
The issuance of the certificate aims to correct the boundary between two or more properties in the land registry since what is recorded in the land registry does not match reality, and the involved property owners agree to rectify it.
A certificate for the land and existing dwelling is also issued, with the purpose of providing information for the drafting of an old building deed.
In this case, the process is carried out in two phases. First, a graphic validation report for the new first a graphic validation report for the new delimitation between the two plots is made and accepted by the land registry and cadastre and by both parties.
Secondly, the new boundaries between properties are defined, as there was a cadastral error in which the owner of plot 1B was not known.
Taking into account the agreement of the owners of the bordering plots with the correction of the common boundaries, the cadastral correction is successfully carried out.
