Hello everyone,
Today, I present to you a descriptive and graphical certificate of an existing dwelling in Alhama de Granada (Granada).
The dwelling is located in Urban Land according to the General Urban Planning Plan (PGOU) of Alhama de Granada.
The dwelling has three above-ground floors and is composed of the following:
- Ground floor: Entrance with staircase, garage, bathroom, and laundry room.
- First floor: Kitchen and living room.
- Second floor: Two bedrooms.
This project has been carried out at RBM Architecture Studio by architect Raúl Benítez Molina.
The purpose of the certificate is to verify the habitability of the building. The report details compliance with the various conditions established in the General Urban Planning Plan of the municipality. It also describes the installations and finishes of the dwelling, along with an extensive photographic report and the floor plan that details the different rooms of the dwelling.
The objective was to facilitate the reunification of a foreign family in the housing. Finally, the existing building complex is suitable for residential use, as it complies with the minimum safety, habitability, and health standards required.
