Hello everyone,
Today, I present to you a descriptive and graphical certificate for an existing house in Benamejí (Córdoba).
The house is located in Urban Land according to the General Urban Planning Plan (PGOU) of the municipality.
The house has two floors above ground and is composed of:
- Ground floor: Gate, entrance with stairs, bedroom, living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and patio.
- First floor: Stairs, hallway, two bedrooms, storage room, and porch.
This project was carried out at RBM architecture studio under the direction of architect Raúl Benítez Molina.
The purpose of the certificate is to verify the habitability of the building. The report details compliance with the various conditions established in the General Urban Planning Plan of the municipality. It also describes the installations and finishes of the house, along with an extensive photographic report and floor plans detailing the various rooms of the house.
The purpose of the certificate is to describe and document the floor plan of an existing single-family house in urban land for family regrouping purposes.
In conclusion, the existing building complex is suitable for residential use as it complies with the minimum safety, habitability, and sanitation standards required.
