The objective is to study the responsable ownership and cause of the partial collapse of an adjacent wall.

This project was carried out at RBM Architecture Studio by the architect Raúl Benítez Molina.

After visiting the property and analyzing the gathered evidence, the following conclusions have been reached in the expert analysis, among others:

- The height of the orchard in the neighboring property is higher than that of its perimeter.

- A cyclopean concrete wall is adjacent to the collapsed wall in the neighboring property.

- The cyclopean concrete wall was built after the subject wall.

- There is a separation or 'V'-shaped crack between the existing walls, indicating there has been differential movement between the two walls.

- The concrete wall located between the orchard of the neighboring property and the third property has a 'S'-shaped notch that repeats in the shape of the cyclopean wall, indicating it served as a lost formwork when adapting to its shape.

- Fracture in the cyclopean concrete wall.

The conclusion of the events that led to the partial collapse of the wall is graphically depicted. The report was a success, and the client was very satisfied.

Best regards.

Raúl Benítez.
