Hello everyone.
Today I'm introducing you to a single-family home project located in Zarzalejos (Madrid).
The house is located on urban land in an expanding area within the town, where detached single-family homes predominate. This project is also one of the few plots still awaiting construction.
La parcela está rodeada por otras áreas privadas y tiene acceso al viario por el extremo de la parcela.
This is what the interior of the home looks like. As we can see, this is a single-story house project.
Its entrance is designed to emerge from the side, providing greater privacy from the outside. Looking more closely, the home features three bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a spacious laundry room.
The kitchen is connected to the living-dining room within a single space, which opens onto a spacious backyard, which can be accessed independently.
We can see a hipped roof, as well as a side entrance.
The home was conceived as an optimal place for relaxation, lacking stairs and featuring a large porch accessed through the living-dining room where everyone can enjoy life.
During the project's planning, light control was considered a key objective to achieve in its immortalization, so that the client could enjoy great comfort in the room throughout all seasons.
The layout of the home is designed to be clear, functional, and compact, with a realistic project development schedule.
Despite the project's advanced design and structure, it was ultimately never implemented.
This project was designed at RBM Estudio de Arquitectura by architect Raúl Benítez Molina.
Best regards,
Raúl Benítez.
