This is what the home would look like if it were in an urban area. The project consisted of two floors, each with a spacious living-dining room with direct access to the patio and pool. The ground floor also included a garage.

Upstairs, we can see that the home had three bedrooms and a shared bathroom. This part of the house was also designed with a private terrace for outdoor enjoyment. On the other hand, a possible expansion of the ground floor external area with a library was considered.

This project was designed at RBM Estudio de Arquitectura by architect Raúl Benítez Molina and directed by him.

This housing project ultimately never saw the light of day.
