The intention is to carry out maintenance tasks on the roof and facade of the children's module and the various existing porches at the school, expanding the covered areas in case of rain.

The project was initiated in 2019 and has been designed by RBM Architecture Studio, under the architect Raúl Benítez Molina.

The following actions are being taken:

1. Repainting of the metal structure of the porches.

2. Repair and cleaning of the non-walkable inverted roof, as well as the connections with the downspouts and parapets.

3. Repainting of the facades of the children's module building.
