The project area was located in a section of Lucena Street that was in urgent need of road renovation due to significant deterioration, as well as the replacement of public water and sanitation networks.

The roadway area has been paved with concrete and welded mesh.

The sidewalk section has been paved with Rodasol stamped concrete, with electro-welded mesh, cured and sealed with a different color than the road surface.

The pedestal area has been consolidated with chipping and a layer of white single-layer mortar on the existing wall, with a perimeter railing in sections higher than 30 cm.

Finally, the concrete curb was constructed in a double layer with a standard cross-section for a road surface.

This project was designed by RBM Estudio de Arquitectura through architect Raúl Benítez Molina.
